FAA Probes Skydiving Sex Stunt

Video of the racy stunt was recently posted on the age-protected blog of Alex Torres, a porn star and weekend instructor at Skydive Taft in Bakersfield.
The footage shows Torres and receptionist Hope Howell having sex in a plane before jumping out, apparently continuing the act mid-air.
Torres, who also goes by the nickname Voodoo, has since removed the video -- but not before a teenager posted it to all his friends, according to FAA officials.
The video continued to spread amongst students, and parents eventually notified police.
Torres apparently filmed the video in hopes of catching Howard Stern's attention, KGET is reporting.
Police say no criminal charges will be filed because the sex was consensual and between two adults. No witnesses reported the stunt, so public nudity charges also do not apply, police added.
"Any activity that could distract the pilot while he's flying could be a violation of federal regulations," FAA spokesperson Ian Gregor said.
Torres has been fired from Skydive Taft, and the company's owner is still deciding whether to ax Howell.
"This shouldn't have happened. And it won't ever happen again, that's for sure," Skydive Taft owner Dave Chrouch told the station.
Crouch says the stunt was apparently performed early in the morning, before anyone else arrived.
