Why? Stella? Why?

Please, someone, tell me what the hell is wrong with this country? Why isn't anyone competing with the cable companies? Their tech is obsolete; there are platforms that could easily blow them out of the water. Why the hell isn't anyone competing with cable? Is it an allergy to money?
