If you have ever been to Panorama City or Pacoima, then you would know that parts of L.A. are identical to parts of Tiajuana. Coughing people in the DMV line, with that TB hack. Hearing sick workers in the Hotel room next door when in Nogales, AZ. Uneducated, innumerate, illiterates abound in the SF Valley. Most of those guys are illiterate in any language.

I have been to Mexico, and I have lived in the SFV, and parts of it are EXACTLY like Mexico. Just that in Cali we pay the freeloaders to not work. You still get the disease, lack of education, and homeless beggars.
