Website Posts Recording of Gibson's Racist Rant, Actor Dropped by Talent Agency

LOS ANGELES -- A celebrity website has posted audio of a recording it says is Mel Gibson engaging in a racist and sexist rant toward his ex-girlfriend.
The recording posted Friday by RadarOnline.com includes segments in which a man's voice that sounds distinctively like the Academy Award-winner is heard telling his then-girlfriend, Russian singer Oksana Grigorieva, that she looks like a "whore" and a "c**t."
The man then uses the N-word, saying "You look like a f*king pig in heat and if you get raped by a pack of ni**ers it will be your fault.".

Earlier today reports surfaced that Gibson has been dropped by his agents at William Morris Endeavor Entertainment.
The agency's Patrick Whitesell informed the actor's representatives earlier this week that he would no longer be represented by the agency.
Gibson's longtime agent, Ed Limato, died July 3.
William Morris Endeavor partner Ari Emanuel had previously expressed hostility toward Gibson after the actor made anti-Semitic remarks and made remarks implying skepticism about the Holocaust.
An agency source said the only reason the agency had represented Gibson in the first place was his association with Limato.
Several studio executives have said in the wake of recent disclosures that they consider the troubled actor too untouchable in the industry.
The embattled actor is also being investigated in a possible domestic violence incident involving his ex-girlfriend earlier this year, sheriff's officials said Thursday.
According to a news release, the actor-director is on a list of a potential suspect in the alleged attack on Russian singer Oksana Grigorieva at an undisclosed location in Malibu.
The two have been involved in a nasty custody dispute over their infant daughter - the subject of a confidential court case.
The incident is being investigated by the same sheriff's substation that handled Gibson's 2006 arrest on suspicion of drunken driving.
The release states the incident occurred Jan. 6 and the investigation is in a preliminary stage.
Last week, transcripts of the audio tapes of Gibson screaming obscenities at Grigorieva were made public, according to TMZ.com.
The tapes were secretly recorded by Grigorieva in the midst of their breakup and custody battle over their 7-month-old daughter.
At the time of their break-up in April, a friend said the couple pledged to maintain a friendship for the sake of their daughter Lucia who was born in October.
"They are both working hard on their careers and trying to raise a sweet baby together," says the friend.
According to TMZ, the tapes were recorded prior to May, when Mel and Oksana reached a custody agreement with a mediator.
The tapes have been submitted to the judge in their custody battle and are under seal.
In an open letter to the actor Allred said "you owe all women and African American men a public apology and action to rehabilitate yourself so that you will never make such sexist and racist statements again."
Rev. Jesse Jackson said Gibson's remarks prove we are not beyond racism and bigotry and that Gibson is clearly sick.
