FBI: 'Geezer Bandit' Hits 11th Bank

TEMECULA -- The so-called "Geezer Bandit" has struck again.
The aged man, who has been responsible for a string of bank robberies in San Diego County, hit an alleged eleventh bank Thursday afternoon, this time in Riverside County, the FBI said Thursday.
Agents say the robber used a revolver Thursday to rob the Bank of America in Temecula.
He is suspected of robbing 10 other banks, all in San Diego County, since August.
Witnesses describe the bank robber as a white male between the ages of 60 and 70, standing about 6 feet tall and weighing about 190 pounds.
He is described as wearing a baseball cap, a button-up shirt, a blazer, and sunglasses.
The FBI, San Diego Police Department, and San Diego Sheriff's Department are offering three different rewards for information leading to the bandit's arrest totaled at $16,000.
The FBI is asking anyone with information about the robberies to call them at (858) 565-1255, the San Diego Sheriff's Department at (858) 565-5200, the San Diego Police Department at (619) 531-2299, or anonymously contact Crime Stoppers at (888) 580-8477.
