Hypoglyceimic?

Starches(from white potatoes, white bread, corn, white rice, white flour,etc) have the same effect on your body as white sugar (within 30 minutes of eating those, they turn into sugar, with the same rise in insulin & fat storage --Biochemistry 101: starches are just another name for chains of sugar molecules that aren't sweet but still fattening).

Latest Studies also show that fructose corn syrup causes 48% MORE fatgain than the same amount of calories when fed to rats over 6 months --previous studies by fructose manufacturers used studies that lasted only a few days to show no difference (duh! LOL --that's like doing studies on smoking lasting a few weeks & saying it doesn't increase cancer risk--which is what cigarette companies actually did to "prove" cigarettes didn' increase cancer risk!

All the medical/health/dietitic/nutrition industry(except for Dr. Atkins & Dr. Atswatkon) thought all fat was bad since the 1950s --until they discovered the health benefits of omega-3 fish fats --but it took them 30 yrs to change their minds

They all thought all carbohydrates except sugar was good --that they all raised blood sugar the same.. until they discovered in 1983 that different carbs like white potatoes, corn, white rice, white bread raised blood sugar/insulin the same huge amount as white sugar! that only green vegetables like spinach/broccoli were safe & caused only a minimal rise in blood sugar/insulin.. hey, it only took them 30 yrs to change their minds

All the medical/health/dietic/nutrtion industry thought low-fat diets were the best..but starting in 1971, Dr. Atkins & Dr. Swatkon(South Beach diet) & 30 yrs of later medical studies by Standord, Mayo Clinic, & Harvard showed that hi-protein, low-starch diets reesulted in TWICE the fatloss of lwo-fat diets AND had same or better cardiovascular HDL levels than low-fat diets.. but it took them only 30 yrs to change their minds.
