I was trying to rent a movie on youtube, and when the "complete purchase" button lit up, I clicked it. it went grey for a second then re-lit up. I pressed it a few more times and it did the same thing. I checked my bank account and it had charged me five times for the movie rental. The movie was still never made available for me to watch. I want a refund but I have no idea how to get ahold of Youtube/Google since they don't have an e-mail to contact and when I call them they say they don't offer live customer support. this is ridiculous.
